Some times when playing cards I sometimes wish that a Mulligan was available. A Mulligan, mostly used in the game of golf, Golden Casino has combined it with 5 card draw poker. Players may enjoy this version because their are two pay out tables, the ante pay out and the bonus pay out.

The table is setup like most table games. Everything is visible except the wager limits, which tends to be a pet peeve. Although when making your wagers, the game will tll you when you have reached your limit for that location. The wager limits are $100.00 per ante and $25.00 for the bonus bet.

After your wagers are placed the fun begins! The dealer and the player are dealt 5 cards. The dealers cards are face down. Look at your cards and choose whether or not to “keep hand” or “take Mulligan”. If you choose to “keep hand”, the dealer’s cards are revealed. Dealer will automatically take a Mulligan with a King high or less. If you choose to take a Mulligan, the bonus bet is removed and you are not eligible for any pay out from that board on the mulligan hand. Players are dealt five more cards then the dealer reveals his cards and the winner is shown.

Playing this way is quite refreshing. It is like having a second chance at defending your money. The bonus bet is a must. On the off chance players will strike a big hand, they definitely want to be apart of the generous pay outs offered from the bonuses.
