No Monkey Business In Magic Monkey
Tonight I had the pleasure of playing Magic Monkey inside the Golden Casino. Offering little or no magic , this 5 reel slot was all business no play.
For the first time inside Golden Casino, I was quite disappointed with the graphics. A plain slate colored background and symbols were not as animated as most are.
Background music and sound effects were almost non-existent. This alone may appeal to some. Sometimes too much music and sounds can take away from the game and make a player think they are winning more than they are.
Magic Monkey did offer two features that would appeal to almost every player, frequent wild symbols and a free spin bonus round. The wild symbol is a monkey that looks like Mickey Mouse in Fantasia.
The wizardly monkey substitutes for every symbols except the free spin banana. The mystical banana symbol can win a player 20 free spins that are doubled and can be re-triggered.
This was a bewitching experience. Although the slot lacked in entertainment value, it made up for it in the bonuses. I may have been lucky, but this game can entrance any player.
